Jordan Tidaback is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of GMxVault and plays a central role in the strategy, development and coordination of the platform’s institutional framework. Her work focuses on structuring documentation, supporting regulatory-aligned processes, and advancing GMxVault’s engagement with banks, advisors, and ecosystem partners.
Ms. Tidaback is responsible for leading cross-functional efforts related to project planning, compliance support, and external communications across Minex.Global and related GMx initiatives. She ensures that legal, operational, and branding materials remain consistent, accurate, and aligned with the platform’s institutional objectives.
Her role also includes institutional outreach, onboarding preparation, and translate technical and regulatory concepts into clear, accessible materials for external stakeholders. Ms. Tidaback brings an operationally grounded, detail-oriented perspective that supports GMxVault’s emphasis on documentation integrity, process discipline, and long-term institutional credibility.
